Lo and behold it was the hard drive that had crash. I did not have the funds at the time to purchase a new hard drive, however, Mark offered to buy the hard drive and I would reimburse him month end. After it was repair he delivered it to my doorstep. Two weeks after I received my laptop my 15yrs old son downloaded a game and the hard drive crashed again. I called Mark and he immediately came to my frontdoor to retrieve the laptop. Thank God that the reputable establishment that he purchased the hard drive from had a year warranty on their product. Mark was able to exchange the hard drive with no additional cost to me and he also reinstalled the hard drive free of charge as well.
